Returns and Exchanges

Our aim is to ensure that you are 100% happy with all goods received from Little Legs. However, if you need to exchange an item already received for a different size you may cancel your order at any time during the Cancellation period.

Any cancellations must be made in writing to quoting order details. The cancellation period commences as of the date you receive our email acknowledging receipt of your order and ends on the 7th working day following receipt of the merchandise by you or, in the case of gifts, the person who received them.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of your notice of cancellation or return your order. In the event that goods are not returned within the stipulated time limits, even if the order has been cancelled, Little Legs has the right to charge any costs to recover the goods. If you are returning, exchanging or cancelling all or part of an order, you are required to do so as follows:

  • All goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopened

  • All original labels must still be attached
  • Returns must be received within 14 working days
  • Postage for any returned good is the customer’s responsibility

We cannot take responsibility for any goods which do not reach us therefore we strongly advise that all goods returned are done so by recorded delivery. The correct postage cost is the responsibility of the customer; any deliveries received without the correct postage cost will not be accepted.

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted for any clearance or sale goods.

Little Legs never knowingly sell faulty goods.
